At Broekman, we’ve spent years helping people improve their social media and online reputation. For the hospitality industry, hotels, restaurants and local businesses, Google Reviews (and a few of their competitors) have been key to building trust. In other words, folks will search out and make sure if others had a good experience. Vetting is key for folks to weigh in on – will I have a good experience.

Social proof. It’a s powerful driver that influences our experiences and our consumer decisions. People will absolutely trust a business (or organization or individual more) if it has positive reviews – let alone many. These serve as an effective endorsement and provide credibility.

Transparency is great. The more we know about a business we will support (purchases), or organization we’re about to donate to or individual we will collaborate with…. we need this validation. Google (and competing Review companies) want these to be authenticate, honest and real. We encourage to only have real clients and real supporters of your organization/business do these.

Below are some simple instructions on how to write a Google Review for another business. And, certainly easy steps to explain to any clients of YOUR Business on how to Write a Google Review.
